The Pattern

The Wavelength Hooded Cowl is equal parts cozy and playful! A practical accessory that’s perfect for layering and adds just a hint of whimsy to your outfit. What makes this design stand out is its reversible stitch pattern. The waves flow in one direction on one side, then shift course on the reverse, creating a beautiful mirrored effect where each color takes a turn in the spotlight.

This hooded cowl combines the same mesmerizing wave pattern as its sister-pattern, the Wavelength Jumper, and features a snug ribbed cowl paired with a generous hood that drapes beautifully whether worn up or down. It’s the kind of accessory that makes even the simplest outfit feel thoughtful and put together.

Hook size(s): 3 mm; 3.5 mm
Mods: I made the hood a bit longer, that is just my preference, I wanted space for my pigtail, and the cowl a bit shorter, I found the yarn a bit too stiff (so I made it twice).
